John Bramwell has been on a never-ending rolling adventure since his workings away from the cherished, Mercury Prize nominated Mancunian band, I Am Kloot.
Traveling in his VW Campervan with his dog Henry, the experience has found John exploring parts of the country previously uncharted. With captivated audiences in some of the UK’s most loved grassroots music venues, John has been able to develop his solo sound and ideas, at his own pace, in the way he likes, with the fans he holds close.
John’s skillful, widely acclaimed song-writing and unique voice not only fills the basement venues and off-grid gatherings in the country’s burgeoning acoustic underground scene but can also be heard echoing in stadiums and halls across the land by request of The Proclaimers, whom John will be opening for again this Summer.
2023 shows will see John performing songs from his number 1 Acoustic chart debut, “Leave Alone The Empty Spaces”, a handful of songs from his much anticipated follow up album “The Light Fantastic” and I Am Kloot classics that he has rearranged with cellist Harriet Bradshaw.
