Morganway
https://www.morganway.co.uk/
Morganway was founded by twin brothers Callum (vocals/guitar) and Kieran Morgan (lead guitar). Its fiery sound and distinctive Americana glow wears its heart on its sleeve, packing charismatic seven-part harmonies and powerful riffs into the emotional songwriting. Kieran’s wife SJ Mortimer joins them on vocals, and Nicole Terry (fiddle), Matthew Brocklehurst (keys), Rory Hill (bass) and Ed Bullinger (drums) complete the line-up.

After releasing two acclaimed EPs, last year Morganway toured extensively, catching the ear of Britain’s country music champion, Whispering Bob Harris. Following a live session at his Under The Apple Tree home studio, they were invited to headline the UTAT stage at Silverstone, as well as perform at its Harrogate venue The Warehouse, to a packed crowd. Through summer 2017 they played festivals, including Buckle and Boots and the Cambridge Folk Festival, as well as supporting The Shires at Taverham Hall, where the 4000-strong crowd gave the band a standing ovation and demanded an encore. Following a British Country Music Association (BCMA) nomination for Group of the Year, they played a sell-out hometown show at the Norwich Arts Centre. Since then they have immersed themselves in the studio recording their debut album, which will be released in 2018.
