7pm start, but someone will be in beforehand.
Stage: microphone, projector screen, 1 small table with 4 chairs
Projector will need setting up. They will plug laptop in to desk for background music.
Tables and chairs will need setting up for 25 people. Will preorder food on or before Wednesday.
